An absolute favorite poet of mine.

I like it too. I thought this reader was a little flat, or disinterested sounding, but the poem, especially summer sings no more part, is very touching.

Patti - Edna St. Vincent Millay's First Fig is one of my favourite poems.

Yikes. Melancholy counter argument to the old saw "better to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all." I'll take John Donne's "Nocturnal on St. Lucy's Day."

You lovers, for whose sake the lesser sun / At this time to the Goat is run / To fetch new lust, and give it you, / Enjoy your summer all
