Congrats, Patti, I look forward to it!

Nicely done, Patti. I liked the seedy atmosphere throughout.

That's a good looking site, too. I'll have to look at it more closely.

Your ending was perfect!

Did they deserve their fate?

Frank Loose said...

Absolutely not. But i loved your final four words!

I don't know. I think guys that go down to Florida every year and hit on girls, rough them up, may deserve to be crocodile food.

Off the Florida Keys, becoming food for barracuda is more likely!

Very cool. A nice take on "The Most Dangerous Game."

I know even less about hunting in Africa than fishing in Florida.

Well done Patti.

You're going to get sick of me saying this but when is your short story collection coming out in print?

pattinase (abbott) said...

Thanks! Probaby when you decide to expand your editorship to books.

Ha! Touché.

This is great, twisty and moody. just like I like it.

Thanks, Paul. This one was hard to write without completely going for THE MOST DANGEROUS GAME.

The pacing is great and the humour is just right. they asked for it, really. I almost went the way of THE MOST DANGEROUS GAME for Red Winter, the story I did for the f.f. challenge.
